A new beginning for Seniors at Clarksville High School is fast approaching.
Seniors will be graduating Thursday evening, May 30, from Clarksville High School.
The ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. in the Main Gymnasium of Clarksville High School. Doors will open for the commencement at 6 p.m.

Fourth Grade Book Reports

Students in Mr. Romney’s fourth grade class at Clarksville Elementary School used the last few days of school to present Book Reports to various different classes at CES.
The book reports students made were over four books: Chocolate Fever by Robert Kimmel Smith, A Taste of Blackberries by Doris Buchanan Smith, Stone Fox by John Reynolds Gardiner, and The Courage of Sarah Noble by Alice Dalgliesh.
Students presented their book reports in two ways.
They could either do a T-Shirt Report with drawings on their shirt which described the book or a brown bag report where students placed 10 items in the bag that described moments in the book they read.
“They worked on these for the last three weeks and have really enjoyed it,” Mr. Romney said.
