Schools - Clarksville Middle - About Us
Built in 1968, Clarksville Middle School is the newest school built in the Clarksville Community School Corporation.

Our school runs a traditional seven period day for our sixth, seventh and eighth grade students and a traditional elementary  schedule for our fifth grade students. We currently have an enrollment about 415 energetic young people that we service.

Our academic curriculum is very structured following the core standards established by the federal and state government. We offer a variety of opportunities for our students including two foreign languages (Spanish and German), physical education, visual art, music, band, chorus, technology and drama. We also offer three courses for high school credit (algebra, foreign language and technology education).

We encourage our students to participate in extra-curricular activities. We have a very active Student Council, and our Campus Life meetings are held weekly. In addition, students athletes can participate in football, volleyball, cheerleading, boys’ and girls’ tennis, cross country, boys’ and girls’ basketball, seventh- and eighth-grade boys' and girls’ track.
